  • Applicants must submit their GRE scores if they want to study to become a Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • Applicants must submit two personal references.
  • Students must submit a resume.
  • Students must request two copies of their official transcripts from all previous nursing institutions. One must be sent to Nursing CAS at the address in the application
