Those with earnings in the top 25 percent make more than $58,870 in this city while registered nurses with salaries in the bottom 25% earn less than $35,520. Some of this is offset by the lower cost of living in this area. Victoria's cost of living is 15.2% lower than the national average and 3% lower than the state average.
